Umami is a really wonderful Asian restaurant. There is one Umami in Kreuzberg and one in Prenzlauer Berg, and with good reason. No matter where you live, you can never get enough of their delicious food.

The dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of skill. Each dish has its own charm and the menu offers enough choice for every taste. The interior design of Umami is chic and stylish. A lot of wood, dim light and lanterns were used to create a cozy feel-good atmosphere.

Due to the very good food and the chic design both restaurants have become real magnets and therefore are mostly pretty packed. That’s why you should definitely reserve a table, or come at the odd hour.

If you eat at the restaurant in Kreuzberg, you can combine this with a stroll through the lively Bergmannstraße and with climbing the Kreuzberg. If you choose the restaurant in the Prenzlauer Berg there is the Kollwitz area with its many shops not far away.
