Geist im Glas is a really great and cool bar in Berlin Neukölln. The interior design is laid back and combines concrete walls, worn sofas and mismatched chairs. The bar has this used look to it with a lot of charm to make you feel at home. Geist im Glas is not a fancy or posh bar. If it were it would not fit in with the rather rough area of its location.

It is a bar where students, freelancers and artists come to have a drink and a chat. The atmosphere is relaxed and down to earth. Although it is usually very crowded, you can often find a place to make yourself comfortable. Being here feels almost like being over at a friends house.

Very recommendable is the breakfast, which is served every Saturday and Sunday. It is super tasty and very American, with pancakes, waffles and eggs. You should book a table, because the space is very limited and the breakfast is popular. It tastes great and the prices are moderate.

A really great and very relaxed place.
